Design Your Event Seating Layout — Free

Planning the seating for a wedding, quinceañera, or corporate dinner is one of the most stressful parts of organizing an event. How many tables fit? Where does the dance floor go? Will there be enough space for the catering staff to move around?

Until now, most people did this with a rough sketch on paper, a generic drawing tool, or — worse — nothing at all, showing up on the day hoping everything fit.

Today we’re launching the Alquilame Free Floor Plan Tool: a browser-based seating layout designer built specifically for event and rental businesses. No sign-up. No download. No credit card.

What You Can Do

Add tables in seconds. Choose from square, rectangular, or circular tables. Each table comes with configurable chairs, a label, a color, and a rotation handle. Drop them on the canvas and start arranging.

Drag, resize, and rotate freely. The canvas works exactly as you’d expect — drag to move, pull handles to resize, spin to rotate. Zoom in and out with the mouse wheel or the controls at the bottom.

Label and color-code zones. Use labels like “Table 1”, “VIP”, or “Novios” and assign colors to distinguish zones: head table, family section, dance floor, bar area.

Share with a link. When your layout is ready, click Share and get a unique URL you can send to your client via WhatsApp. Anyone with the link can open it, make edits, and save — no account needed.

Print it out. One click sends the plan to your printer so you can hand it to your delivery team on event day.

Why This Matters for Rental Businesses

If you rent tables, chairs, linens, or party supplies, a floor plan isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s how you avoid expensive mistakes.

A client who sees the layout beforehand is a client who doesn’t call you the morning of the event asking to add six more tables. A delivery team with a printed plan sets up correctly the first time, without guessing where the round tables go.

And when you share the plan with your client and they can edit it themselves — adding their own labels, moving tables around, adjusting chair counts — you eliminate the back-and-forth. They approve what they see. You deliver exactly that.

How to Use It

  1. Go to alquilame.io/floor-plan
  2. Add tables using the toolbar (Square, Rectangle, Circle)
  3. Drag them into position, adjust size and rotation, add labels and colors
  4. Click Save to keep a local copy in your browser, or Share to get a link

That’s it. No forms to fill out.

Part of Something Bigger

The free tool works standalone — but if you use Alquilame to manage your rental business, floor plans go further.

You can link a floor plan directly to a reservation group. Tables in the plan are connected to the items in your inventory — chairs, linens, centerpieces — so the layout and the contract are always in sync. Auto-generate the contract, send it via WhatsApp, and you’re done.

The free tool is the starting point. Alquilame is where you run the whole operation.
